Shuttle buses are provided for all guests to and from the venue from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hyatt Regency. For more details, please visit the travel page of our website. You are also welcome to drive to the venue where there is free on-site parking.

The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID), located in Cedar Rapids, IA, is the closest airport in the area. It is about 23 miles north of Iowa City.

Formal attire is encouraged. Please wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress.

Weather permitting, the majority of the wedding will be outdoors in both covered and uncovered areas. In the case of inclement weather, it will be indoors and outdoors only in covered areas.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed when you RSVP through our website.

Due to space restrictions, we are not able to accommodate all children. All invited guests will be shown when you RSVP through our website.
